Pricing questions
When exactly do I pay?
Only when we confirm your appointment slot. If we can't find one, you pay nothing. We'll ask for payment details upfront so we can move fast when the slot appears — but the charge only goes through once the appointment is booked.
What if I need appointments for my whole family?
We offer a 20% discount from the second appointment in the same family group. So two Standard NIE appointments would be €59 + €47.20 = €106.20 total. Message us on WhatsApp for family pricing.
Does the price include the government fee?
No. The Spanish government charges a small fee (tasa) for most procedures — typically €10.53 (Modelo 790 Código 012) paid at a Spanish bank before your appointment. This is separate and goes directly to the government. We'll tell you exactly how to pay it.
What's included in 'English support'?
We communicate with you entirely in English via WhatsApp. You get a clear document checklist in English, an explanation of what to expect at the appointment, and support answering questions before and after.
Can I pay by card?
Yes. We accept card payment via a secure payment link. For the Regularization 2026 package, the two instalments are billed at the start of the service and when the appointment is confirmed.
