Documents for arraigo laboral without a contract

To prove the past employment relationship (with no current contract), you need one of these documents:

Issued by a Social Court recognising the employment relationship. The strongest route.

Labour Inspectorate infringement reportVery effective

If the Labour Inspectorate issued a report against your employer for having you without a contract. Very effective.

SEPE or SMAC decision

A labour conciliation agreement before the Mediation, Arbitration and Conciliation Service.

Social Security certificate

A work-life report showing contributions. Only valid if you contributed (even a little).

What does NOT count:

Employer statements without official documents, informal payslips, contracts not registered with the SEPE, or sworn declarations without judicial backing.
